Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage project budgets, particularly focusing on CAPEX and cash flows, to ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively throughout project lifecycles.
2. Open, manage, and oversee settlements of Letters of Credit (LCs), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate documentation for financial transactions.
3. Process and manage LC, loan, or deposit documents, verifying accuracy and ensuring that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner to support project financing.
4. Maintain comprehensive project accounting records, including accruals and reconciliations, to ensure that financial data is accurate and up-to-date for reporting purposes.
5. Forecast funding requirements and implement cost control initiatives, providing insights on financial performance to enhance project profitability and sustainability.
6. Prepare detailed financial reports on project performance, analyzing variances and presenting findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
7. Work closely with project managers to align financial goals with project objectives, ensuring that all financial aspects are considered in project planning and execution.
8. Conduct regular audits of project accounts, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in accounting regulations, applying this knowledge to improve financial processes and compliance within the organization.

Skills

• Proven experience in monitoring CAPEX project budgets and cash flows, ensuring financial viability and project success.
• Strong understanding of Letters of Credit and related financial instruments, facilitating smooth project financing.
• Expertise in processing loan and deposit documents, ensuring compliance with financial protocols and regulations.
• Proficient in maintaining project accounting records, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Exceptional forecasting skills for funding requirements and implementing effective cost control initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project accounting or finance, demonstrating a solid background in the field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; relevant professional certification is highly desirable for enhancing credibility and expertise.
