We are a leading company in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry looking for a highly skilled and motivated Import & Export Specialist to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will manage, coordinate, and streamline all international shipping and customs clearance operations, ensuring that cooling equipment and spare parts are delivered efficiently, legally, and on schedule.

Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 3 to 5 years] of solid experience in import/export roles. Prior experience in the HVAC, refrigeration, or spare parts sector is highly preferred.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for international communication. Arabic is a strong plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping procedures, and customs laws.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience working with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
