• Supervise daily agricultural field activities and farming operations.
• Allocate daily tasks to field workers and monitor their performance.
• Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, irrigation, and fertilization activities.
• Ensure proper use of agricultural tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Coordinate planting, harvesting, weeding, spraying, and other farming activities.
• Monitor irrigation schedules and ensure efficient water usage.
• Inspect fields regularly to identify crop diseases, pests, and other issues.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, field activities, materials, and production.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures while handling agricultural equipment and chemicals.
• Coordinate with the Agriculture Engineer, Farm Manager, and other team members.
• Report field progress, operational issues, and resource requirements to management.
• Ensure that all assigned agricultural activities are completed on time.Role & responsibilities
