About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Algorithm Engineer to join our R&D team in Riyadh. In this role, you will design and implement advanced algorithms in AI and computer vision to solve real-world problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives, prototype new solutions, and optimize performance for deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize algorithms for computer vision and AI applications
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to define project requirements and success metrics
• Conduct literature reviews and stay current with the latest advances in algorithms and machine learning
• Prototype and validate solutions through experiments and performance benchmarks
• Integrate algorithms into software systems and work with engineers to ensure scalability and robustness
• Document methodologies, results, and best practices for internal and external dissemination

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks
• Published research papers or patents in relevant fields
• Familiarity with embedded systems or edge deployment of vision algorithms
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with real-time image and video processing pipelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 7 years of experience in algorithm development, AI, or computer vision
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++
• Solid understanding of data structures, linear algebra, probability, and optimization
• Experience applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to computer vision tasks
• Proven track record of designing and implementing R&D projects from concept through delivery
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
