We are looking for an executive leader with extensive experience in project management and operations, the ability to drive operational, commercial, and financial performance, manage client relationships, and achieve growth, quality, and profitability targets.

We are targeting leadership talent that combines executive presence, commercial acumen, financial understanding, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational processes and oversee development and continuous improvement projects.
• Represent the entity to the client and manage meetings, expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Enhance the visitor experience and elevate service quality and satisfaction levels.
• Grow revenue and sales and develop partnerships and commercial channels.
• Manage budgets, monitor revenue, expenses, profitability (P&L), billing, and collections.
• Lead teams and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage operational risks, challenges, and changes in the scope of work.
• Prepare executive reports and make necessary decisions to ensure goals are met.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 12 to 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Direct experience in managing financial performance, budgets, and Profit and Loss (P&L).
• Proven track record in operations management, revenue growth, and commercial performance improvement.
• Experience in tourist and entertainment destinations, hospitality, landmarks, or high-traffic service facilities is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work and be present on-site in Makkah.
