Role Description The Tea Boy role at NAI Saudi Arabia is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors throughout the day, ensuring timely and courteous service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in pantry and refreshment areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. The Tea Boy supports office operations by assisting with meeting room setup related to refreshments, collecting used cups and dishes, and coordinating with administrative staff when larger events or client visits require beverage service. The position requires a consistent focus on hygiene, respectful interaction with colleagues and guests, and reliability in performing assigned duties.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess basic food and beverage preparation skills, including making tea, coffee, and simple refreshments to a consistent standard.
• Candidates should possess good hygiene and cleanliness practices, with the ability to maintain tidy pantry areas, manage dishwashing, and follow safety procedures.
• Candidates should possess customer service and interpersonal skills, including politeness, respect for all staff and visitors, and a professional attitude.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, such as prioritizing beverage service during busy periods and coordinating with office schedules.
• Candidates should possess basic communication skills in English and/or Arabic to understand instructions and respond appropriately to requests.
• Previous experience in a similar support, hospitality, or office service role is beneficial.
