Purpose:

Responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting IBM IAM solutions using ISIM, ISAM, and IGI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management.
• Configure SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, and federation.
• Implement Identity Governance, access certification, RBAC, and SoD.
• Integrate IAM with AD/LDAP, databases, HR, enterprise, and cloud applications.
• Develop workflows, provisioning policies, connectors, and adapters.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit requirements are met.

Key Outputs:

• Implement and maintain IBM ISIM, ISAM, and IGI solutions.
• Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Configure SSO, MFA, and federation services.
• Implement access certification, role management, and SoD controls.
• Integrate IAM with AD/LDAP, HR, databases, enterprise, and cloud platforms.
• Develop workflows, provisioning policies, connectors, and adapters.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing IAM solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IBM ISIM, ISAM, and IGI.
• Expertise in identity lifecycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, roles, and passwords.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and federation.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and Kerberos.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and IBM Security Directory Server.
• Proficiency in WebSEAL, reverse proxy, and ISAM access policies.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance, access certification, role mining, SoD, and compliance reporting.
• Experience developing and customizing IAM workflows, policies, connectors, and adapters.
