About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee health, food, fire, and environmental safety programs within its hotels in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring a safe environment for guests, team members, and visitors by implementing company safety policies and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hotel safety compliance by overseeing health, food, fire, and environmental safety programs across designated hotels.
• Implement risk management practices, applying company safety policies and proactively managing risks related to public health, accessibility, security, housing, and trading standards.
• Drive compliance and audits through regular safety and hygiene audits, fire tours, and system tests; document results and ensure follow-up for regulatory compliance.
• Investigate and mitigate incidents, leading investigations into food poisoning, accidents, and guest complaints, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage contractor compliance in partnership with Facilities, monitoring contractor activity and enforcing safety standards.
• Deliver safety training, facilitating food hygiene, fire safety, and other compliance training programs, and providing coaching and formal instruction.
• Support environmental initiatives by collaborating with environmental champions and hotel leadership to promote sustainability and policy alignment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant health and safety role.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality.
