People Dynamics is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Controller to join a leading organization in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with IFRS statutory tax and audit requirements Perform balance sheet ledger and fixed asset reconciliations Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and ensure accounting accuracy Support external audits and resolve audit queries Monitor revenue allocation cash flow and financial performance Prepare tax-related documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Process supplier invoices and coordinate payment activities through SAP FI/CO
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or Economics Professional qualification such as CPA CA ACCA or CIMA Minimum 4 years of experience in financial and management accounting Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO is mandatory Manufacturing or steel industry experience is an added advantage Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards Excellent analytical communication and Microsoft Office skills
