About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves handling booking inquiries and delivering guest experiences. The Reservations Agent is responsible for securing individual bookings and supporting sales efforts within the hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
- Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations to secure individual bookings.
- Record and process all reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades through proactive selling techniques.
- Respond to sales inquiries and help identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
