Job description

Responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in mobile crane and heavy equipment operations, ensuring trainees develop the required technical skills, operational competency, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in crane and heavy equipment operations.
• Demonstrate safe operating procedures, equipment inspections, and lifting techniques.
• Assess trainees' practical skills and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and operating procedures.
• Maintain training materials, assessment records, and trainee progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or a related specialty.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of field experience as a mobile crane operator.
• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical/Trade/Vocational Studies.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mobile crane operations, heavy equipment handling, and safety procedures.
• Certifications: Relevant crane operation, heavy equipment, or trainer certifications are preferred.
