A major brand specializing in car care products, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Gulf states.
We are seeking to attract an exceptional sales leader with a dynamic personality, strategic vision, and a sales-driven mindset.
To fill the position of Sales Manager to drive the sales engine.
Objective of the Appointment
To lead the sales team across the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, directing the sales team while building solid relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Tasks and Duties Assigned
Developing and framing long-term and short-term sales plans in line with the company's vision and aspirations.
Leading the sales team and monitoring their performance indicators (KPIs).
The ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as market analysis for senior sales management, and setting plans and targets with precision.
The ability to lead negotiations and conclude major contracts and agreements with key clients.
Required Qualifications
At least seven years of experience in sales management and leading personnel.
Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree.
Communication: Charismatic communication skills are a fundamental requirement, along with negotiation abilities in closing deals.
