• Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the timely movement and availability of products.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability, ensuring accurate inventory records.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, import documentation, product specifications, and registration records.

• Follow up on shipments, customs clearance, delivery schedules, and potential delays.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations related to food imports, product registration, and distribution.

• Identify and resolve logistics, inventory, and documentation issues promptly.

• Maintain organized records and prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, product registrations, and logistics performance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimize delays and supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in the foodservice, food distribution, or food trading industry is a must.

• Practical experience with SFDA regulations, food product registration, and registration renewal processes is mandatory.

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and regulatory requirements.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant logistics or inventory management systems.
