About The Role
Eastern Province is one of our biggest growth opportunities in Saudi Arabia, with a large student population and a strong local brand scene. Your job is to build Unipal's partner base in the city: find, pitch, negotiate, and sign brands students love, and hit your monthly targets. You will work closely with the KSA partnerships team, Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.

About The Role
Eastern Province is one of our biggest growth opportunities in Saudi Arabia, with a large student population and a strong local brand scene. Your job is to build Unipal's partner base in the city: find, pitch, negotiate, and sign brands students love, and hit your monthly targets. You will work closely with the KSA partnerships team, Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
What You Will Do
- Find and sign student-relevant brands across Eastern Province, in line with Unipal's categories
- Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover
- Build a presence around Eastern Province's universities so partners see the student footfall
- Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events
- Make sure every new partner is a good long-term fit, with accurate contracts and a smooth onboarding
- Hit your monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage
- Keep your CRM pipeline clean and report your numbers clearly
- Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to improve our offers
- 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role in Saudi Arabia, with a record of closing deals
- Confidence to walk into a business, ask for the owner, and pitch
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of the Eastern Province market and its brand landscape
- Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM
- Careful with details in contracts and partner handovers
- A good understanding of what students want from brands
- Experience in a startup, or opening a new city or market
- Experience with youth or student-focused brands
- Fluent Arabic and English
