Role Focus

As a Senior Business Analyst at Ektis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading consulting engagements across the financial services, fintech, and public-sector landscape. Each client brings a unique challenge, resulting in diverse projects in scope, length, and complexity. This gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple sectors while developing a strong problem-solving toolkit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive analytical workstreams, including data collection, quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Support the design and development of client recommendations by collaborating closely with project teams and client stakeholders across various industries.
• Contribute to business development efforts through proposal creation, client pitches, and case study development.
• Develop internal and external knowledge assets, including thought-leadership, frameworks, and research papers.
• Take part in firm-building activities such as recruiting, coaching junior team members, and supporting internal capability development.

Candidate Profile

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Are eager to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can prioritize effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related fields
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines
• Are fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
