Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Student Counsellor to join our Jeddah branch. The ideal candidate must have over three years of direct student counselling experience, particularly within the expatriate market and with Saudi-sponsored students.

The role involves managing student enquiries, providing guidance on global university admissions, converting prospective students into enrolments, and supporting the branch's recruitment objectives across multiple international study destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on university and course options across global destinations, including the UK, Europe, and other international markets.
• Manage the complete admissions process, from initial enquiry and application to offer acceptance and enrolment.
• Provide tailored guidance to expatriate students and Saudi-sponsored applicants.
• Review academic documents and ensure applications meet university requirements.
• Follow up with applicants and university admissions teams to secure offers and successful enrolments.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute to branch performance.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow company procedures.
• Participate in student recruitment events, education fairs, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Over three years of direct student counselling experience, particularly within the Saudi Arabian expatriate market and with Saudi-sponsored students.
• Strong knowledge of international university admissions and student recruitment.
• Experience counselling students for multiple global study destinations, rather than the UK alone.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into applications and successful enrolments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work towards recruitment targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
