Our client is an established organization with operations across multiple GCC markets. The company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across a defined region while strengthening market presence and supporting sustainable business growth.

The Role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead regional sales operations manage high-performing sales teams and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic sales leader capable of balancing operational execution with long-term business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations across the assigned region.
• Develop regional commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage regional sales budgets and performance targets.
• Lead coach and develop regional sales teams.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and distributors.
• Monitor regional sales performance and profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing Finance and Operations to improve commercial execution.
• Prepare executive sales reports and market analysis.
• Monitor competitive activities and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and pricing strategies.
• Represent the business during major customer engagements and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related discipline.
• 8 years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous regional sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of distribution and channel management.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
• Commercial planning and forecasting experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
