About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Part-Time Consultant to provide medical consultations. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, conducting clinical assessments, prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and offering preventive healthcare advice. The consultant will also support the medical team with expert guidance, second opinions, and recommendations to enhance patient care and clinic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and review diagnostic investigations.
• Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, medication use, and preventive healthcare.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational policies.
• Provide expert clinical guidance, second opinions, and support to medical staff when required.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to MOH, CBAHI, and NCC standards.
• Contribute to continuing medical education activities and support the professional development of junior staff.
• Foster effective collaboration with colleagues, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Specialty Tasks

• Execute specific privileges based on training, experience, skills, and in adherence to the guidelines of the Saudi Health Council.
• Perform additional tasks as determined by specialty and clinical privileges.

Knowledge Sharing and Support

• Provide second opinions for Registrar and Senior Registrar as needed to ensure knowledge sharing across the team and adherence to guidelines and best practices.
• Support the Medical Director (if needed) in the performance management process with specialists and senior specialists by providing objective evaluation of their performance and potential.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in a medical consultation role. Specific privileges will be granted based on training, experience, and skills, in line with Saudi Health Council guidelines.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position, with 100% of work conducted indoors. Working days and hours will be determined by agreement with the head of the clinic, with one day off per week. Salary information is not disclosed.
