About the Role
Sartorius AG is seeking a Field Service Engineer (x|f|m) to join our Service team. This full-time, home-based position is located near our local Headquarters in Riyadh. The role involves providing on-site and remote technical service for Sartorius equipment to ensure reliable system operation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with defined service standards. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience.
Role Contribution
As a Field Service Engineer, you will contribute technical expertise and hands-on commitment to maintain stable service processes. Your work will support the team in focusing on improving health outcomes for more people by ensuring the optimal functionality of Sartorius equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installations, calibrations, and preventive maintenance activities on Sartorius equipment at customer sites, adhering to approved service procedures and internal/customer guidelines to ensure proper system functionality and long-term operational reliability.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers in Saudi Arabia and other MEA countries by analyzing reported issues, identifying causes of failures, and applying corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted customer operations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels by documenting findings and following defined escalation processes to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate and complete service documentation, including time reporting, expenses, and work performed, using approved service and reporting systems to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific and internal health and safety requirements during all service activities by following safety instructions and site regulations to protect people, equipment, and facilities.
- Apply standard service procedures and guidelines consistently by following defined processes and quality standards to ensure service quality and process compliance.
Experience and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated technical expertise and a commitment to hands-on work.
