About the Role

Nasser Al Sayer Group is seeking a Junior Lawyer, Legal Services, to join their team. This full-time position involves supporting the Lawyer, Legal Services, in various legal functions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and business requirements. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, alongside conducting thorough legal research.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including MOUs, NDAs, Distribution Agreements, Agency Agreements, and Lease Agreements, for both local and overseas operations.
• Regularly review and validate local agreements and contracts to ensure ongoing compliance, accuracy, and alignment with applicable requirements.
• Identify and address potential legal gaps or risks, reporting findings and recommending appropriate actions to the Manager, Legal Services.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the applicable legal system and effectively apply relevant laws and regulations to address business inquiries, mitigate legal risks, and provide timely guidance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other Legal team members to deliver timely, consistent, and integrated legal advice to Business Units, ensuring effective resolution of legal matters and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide legal support to the Manager, Legal Services, by summarizing complex legal documents, including contracts, and suggesting necessary alterations.
• Conduct labor investigations with employees and provide counsel to employees and managers on issues with legal implications.
• Perform legal research, utilizing statutes, codes, and other legal resources, and prepare briefs for submission to the Manager, Legal Services.
• Extract and utilize information from statutes, court decisions, legal documents, policies, and related records.
