Job Title: Creative Space Coordinator Location: Boulevard World – Riyadh | The Crafting Space Employment Type: On-site | Flexible work contract (hourly) Opportunity Duration: Seasonal, up to 6 months Wage: 25 SAR per hour Working Hours: According to shift schedules and operational needs, with a planned maximum of 95 hours per month. Shift Times: Evening hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, potentially extending to 1:00 AM on weekends. What will you do with us? Your role is not just about hosting art workshops! You will be a key part of operating the space and crafting our visitors' experience. Artistic Experiences and Workshops - Lead fun art workshops and activities for adults and children. - Help participants and encourage them to discover their creative side. - Prepare the tools and materials needed for the workshops. - Contribute new ideas to develop activities and experiences. Welcoming Visitors and Experience - Welcome our guests and introduce them to the available activities. - Assist visitors in choosing the experience that suits them. - Monitor the progress of activities and ensure the quality of the experience and visitor satisfaction. - Handle visitor inquiries and feedback in a professional and friendly manner. Operating and Organizing the Space - Handle opening and closing tasks according to your assigned shift. - Prepare the space and tools before receiving visitors. - Maintain the order, cleanliness, and readiness of the space during working hours. - Help in taking inventory of tools and materials and monitor stock levels. - Participate in preparing and organizing private parties and events. - Handle daily challenges and contribute to finding practical and quick solutions. Experience of 1 to 2 years in one of the following fields is preferred: - Art workshops and creative activities. - Events and entertainment. - Retail and shops. - Customer service and visitor experience. Proficiency in Arabic is required, and English is an additional advantage. Recent graduate? No problem! The opportunity is based on a flexible hourly work system, not a traditional job with a fixed monthly salary. - Wage is 25 SAR per actual hour of work. - Shift schedules are determined according to bookings, activities, and operational needs, and by prior agreement. - The planned maximum hours per month is 95 hours. - Working hours may vary from week to week. - The employment contract and hours are documented via the 'Maren' platform according to approved procedures. - Full-time availability is not required, but we need your commitment to the shifts you agree to.
