Job description

Provide technical and practical support in the production department and assist with daily preparation and production processes to ensure the quality of the final product in accordance with established standards.

Skills

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Actively assist in all stages of preparation, including gathering, measuring, and prepping raw ingredients for the assigned department (Chocolate, Sweets, Savory, or Bakery) to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
• Assisting the Culinary Team: Provide direct support to the Chefs and Sous Chefs in daily production operations, such as mixing, kneading, baking, molding chocolates, shaping, and finishing products.
• Inventory Management (FIFO): Strictly adhere to the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) principle when organizing and handling raw materials to guarantee product freshness and minimize food waste.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the workspace by continuously sanitizing tools, equipment, and work stations, while strictly following food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility and Teamwork: Demonstrate high adaptability by rotating between different production stations as needed, executing assigned duties efficiently, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food production, commercial bakeries, pastry, or the chocolate industry.
