Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the customer achieves measurable business outcomes from Honeywell Technology solutions while simplifying customer engagement with Honeywell.
• Be the first point of contact for customer operational and service-related needs.
• Coordinate internal teams rather than having the customer chase multiple Honeywell Technology contacts.
• Manage customer-related interactions across Honeywell Technology systems and functions, including for Process Automation.
• Driving key initiatives and strategic programs with key KSA customer
• Capture customer feedback. Drive corrective action plans.
• Translate customer requirements into internal improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business objectives and aligning Honeywell’s offerings accordingly.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process.
• Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
  
  

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Experience working with CRM software and customer success tools.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities specific to customer success management.
