Building Maintenance Technician

Al-Mawel Contracting Company announces a job vacancy for the position of Building Maintenance Technician to join the work team. The applicant must be qualified and possess the necessary experience and technical competence.

Requirements and Experience:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of building and facilities maintenance.
• Extensive experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Proficiency in maintaining various types of air conditioning systems, diagnosing their malfunctions, and repairing them.
• Ability to detect technical faults, identify their root causes, and find appropriate solutions to address them.
• Experience in executing preventive, periodic, and emergency maintenance work.
• Proficiency in using inspection and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or within a team efficiently.
• Responsiveness to maintenance reports and handling emergency breakdowns.
• Commitment to quality standards and occupational health and safety procedures.
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime or outside official working hours according to business requirements and in compliance with applicable regulations.
