Responsibilities:

* Input new item data, codes, and units into the Dynamics system.

* Enter BOM lists and standard cut files for each manufacturing order.

* Review codes before entry to avoid duplicate entries.

* Document material movements between warehouses in the system on a timely basis.

* Prepare production orders and exit permits for finished products in coordination with production.

* Archive and digitize technical and reference documents and store them in the system.

* Monitor missing data in the item library and raise reports to relevant departments.

* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the entered data.
