Role Description The Owner at Bahri Logistics is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing overall business performance, and ensuring the continued growth and profitability of the company. This full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region involves setting long-term objectives, guiding major investment and partnership decisions, and supervising key operational, financial, and commercial activities. The Owner collaborates with senior leaders to align logistics and supply chain offerings with market needs, maintain high service standards, and drive innovation in fleet and transportation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance reports, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities to guide overall business direction.
• Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation, with knowledge of global trade practices.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, investment evaluation, and profitability management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Experience overseeing operational performance, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record in leading teams, driving change, and implementing innovative solutions in a complex environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management
