Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bus Driver role based in the Riyadh Region. The Bus Driver will operate company buses on assigned routes, ensuring safe and timely transportation of passengers while complying with all traffic regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, monitoring passenger boarding and seating, and maintaining a clean and orderly bus environment. The role requires providing courteous assistance and information to passengers, handling basic inquiries, and reporting any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues to the relevant supervisor. The Bus Driver will also complete required logs and documentation and participate in periodic training and safety briefings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Bus and Truck Driving skills and demonstrate safe operation of commercial vehicles.
• Candidates should possess Defensive Driving skills and a solid understanding of road safety practices and traffic regulations.
• Candidates should possess experience with Driver Training concepts and a willingness to participate in ongoing skills development.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills and the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with passengers.
• Valid commercial driving license appropriate for bus operation in the Riyadh Region.
• Clean driving record and familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, assist passengers when needed, and perform vehicle inspections.
• Basic proficiency in relevant languages used in the Riyadh Region and clear communication skills.
• Previous experience as a bus or commercial vehicle driver is preferred.
