Job Title: Receptionist and Waitstaff – Restaurant and Catering

Job Summary:

A Receptionist and Waitstaff is sought, possessing experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to enhancing the dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and introducing restaurant services.
• Receiving daily orders and catering requests for events.
• Providing appropriate offers to customers and managing reservations.
• Interacting with the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy.
• Building good relationships with customers and increasing sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurants or hotels or customer service.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in Arabic, English is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and adherence to professional standards.
• Must be located in Saudi Arabia with valid work authorization.

Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications.
