توجي سبا النسائي announces the availability of a job position for a female Receptionist and Customer Service Representative, who must possess elegance and professionalism in dealing with clients, and have previous work experience in customer service and the ability to utilize reservation systems and computers.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and greeting them in a refined and professional manner.
• Responding to calls and WhatsApp messages and inquiries from clients.
• Managing reservations and appointments using the electronic system.
• Explaining services and prices to clients.
• Executing payment transactions and issuing invoices.
• Handling client feedback and complaints professionally.

Conditions and Requirements

• Saudi nationals (females only).
• Applicants must be residents of Khobar city currently.
• Previous work experience in reception or customer service is essential.
• Ability to use computers and electronic systems effectively.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Elegance, good appearance, and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment, discipline, and ability to work within a team.
• Experience in spas or luxury hospitality sectors is preferred.
