About the Role
IFFCO is seeking an Associate Manager-Refinery.Production Refinery-Oils&Fats to join its team in KSA. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of production systems and methods to meet the routine requirements of various departments, institutional supplies, and sister companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and implement IFFCO’s vision and values in daily operations.
- Ensure the continuous uptime of all plant and machinery within the refinery complex.
- Manage and control oil losses, utility consumption, and chemical usage to stay within the agreed budget.
- Guarantee that all final products meet the company's prescribed quality standards.
- Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure consistent and agreed-upon supply to the filling and margarine departments.
- Liaise with the customer service department for bulk filling and the lifting of by-products.
- Oversee thorough investigations of all accidents and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to execute both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in the refinery.
- Manage the handling and disposal of raw and final products.
- Ensure all plants maintain hygiene standards as per company norms.
- Motivate and develop the refinery team.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage production systems and ensure operational efficiency.
Work Type
This is a full-time position based in KSA.
