About the Role

Waleed Yousef Alzayyad Certified Public Accountants (HLB WYZ) is seeking an Internal Audit & Risk Advisory - Manager. This full-time role involves leading engagements and supporting assignments across various domains within internal audit and risk advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Internal Audit and co-sourcing engagements, covering planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
• Lead and support assignments in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, Compliance/GRC, Management Consulting, and ESG/Sustainability.
• Manage engagement quality, methodology, resources, budgets, timelines, and executive-level reporting across multiple projects.
• Lead discussions with senior management and Audit Committees, translating findings into practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Coach and develop engagement teams while ensuring strong documentation, professional judgment, and delivery standards.
• Lead or support proposals, business development, cross-selling, and market relationships to contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline is required.
• Candidates should have 8+ years of relevant Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or Consulting experience, including significant engagement-leadership responsibility.
• Strong professional experience in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to manage senior client and Audit Committee relationships.
• Broad exposure across Internal Audit, ERM, Governance, Compliance/GRC, Management Consulting, and ESG/Sustainability.

Certifications

• CIA certification is strongly preferred.
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CRMA, CFE, or other relevant credentials are advantageous.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, project management, report-writing, and commercial skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Strong Saudi market relationships and demonstrated contribution to proposals, lead generation, cross-selling, or account growth.
• Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ability to translate technical findings into practical business solutions.
