Job Summary
Design implement and monitor cybersecurity controls to protect systems detect threats early and respond effectively to incidents while improving organizational security posture.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Harden systems against known vulnerabilities
- Detect and respond to threats promptly
- Maintain compliant security monitoring coverage
- Reduce critical incidents through remediation
- Improve security posture with continuous assessments
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science or related field
- 2 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or operations
- Hands-on experience with SIEM endpoint security and incident response
- Knowledge of network security Windows/Linux security and threat models
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Security CEH CISSP CISM) preferred
- SIEM (Splunk QRadar)
- Threat detection & hunting
- Incident response & forensics
- Vulnerability management (Nessus Qualys)
- Cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Network security (firewalls IDS/IPS)
- Secure scripting (Python/Bash)
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solving under pressure
- Clear technical communication
