We’re Hiring | Planning Analyst
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support sector operations through effective planning, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with HR, finance, and other support functions to ensure efficient operations and the timely delivery of business requirements.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
️ Languages: Arabic (primary) and proficient English
Expected Start Date: 18 November 2026
- Coordinate HR-related activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee services.
- Liaise with support functions to facilitate business requirements and ensure smooth operational coordination.
- Support the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of operating and capital budgets.
- Prepare periodic management reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Maintain and update sector data, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor sector initiatives, action items, and outstanding issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Act as the focal point between the Sector and Business Line (BL) representatives, coordinating HR, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sector Executive Director (ED).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to prepare management presentations and reports while managing multiple priorities.
