About the Role
InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Spa Manager for Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing spa operations to align with the Six Senses vision of reconnecting individuals with themselves, others, and the world. The Spa Manager will uphold the brand's core values, including local sensitivity, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsibility, caring, and pioneering wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry trends and practices, continuously updating knowledge and skills to enhance product and service offerings.
- Focus on the ongoing rejuvenation and improvement of the spa experience.
- Regularly assess spa treatments, exercise classes, wellness facilities, and equipment to ensure relevance and adherence to Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
- Maintain and exceed Six Senses guidelines and standards for service and operation.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.
- Safeguard the pillars of sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences, ensuring full knowledge and active participation in all brand initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant spa management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated understanding of spa industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to uphold and exceed service and operational standards.
Required Documentation
- Candidates must meet all necessary visa and work permit requirements.
- Any certifications required by law, such as specific health or safety qualifications, must be provided.
