Tasks and Responsibilities:

Recording financial transactions and journal entries and performing accounting reconciliations.

Calculating production costs and analyzing the costs of raw materials, labor, and industrial expenses.

Monitoring raw material inventory, work in progress, and finished goods.

Participating in periodic inventory counts and analyzing and resolving discrepancies.

Monitoring supplier and customer accounts and reconciling balances.

Preparing financial reports, cost reports, and profitability reports.

Participating in monthly and annual closings and preparing financial statements.

Monitoring waste and variances in production costs and providing recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

At least 4 years of experience, with mandatory previous experience in a factory accountant role.

Good knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and the accounting cycle for factories.

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

Accuracy, organization, analytical skills, ability to prepare reports, and punctuality.
