We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to oversee and manage real estate projects from planning and development through execution and handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and compliance with approved plans and regulations.
• Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contracts, variations, and project documentation.
• Ensure successful project delivery in line with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, property development, or construction projects.
• Proven experience managing real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management tools.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
