Description

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the you will play a key role in driving commercial growth across Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.Building and maintaining relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and major project stakeholders.Developing strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and generate new revenue streams.Leading the full business development cycle, from lead generation through to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.Working closely with technical and operational teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.Managing and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Saudi market.Supporting prequalification, vendor registration, tender, and consultant registration processes.Representing the business at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.6-10 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within engineering consulting, project management consultancy, construction, EPC, claims consulting, or related professional services.Demonstrated success in winning and closing consulting or advisory assignments within Saudi Arabia.An established network across developers, contractors, engineering consultants, and major project stakeholders.Strong understanding of contract management, claims, engineering advisory, or project delivery environments.Experience managing proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
