Job description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EHSS Trainer to join our dynamic team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia.
Work Experience:
✓ 10–12 years of professional experience in EHS training, compliance, or industrial safety
roles, preferably within gasification, power generation, or heavy industries.
✓ Minimum of 3 years’ experience specifically in training development and delivery within the
overall career span.
✓ Experience in industrial Oil & Gas projects with hands-on involvement in training delivery.
✓ Experience providing training to workers and adult learners, using popular
education/interactive approaches.
Education:
✓ Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering (Mechanical /
Electrical / Civil / Chemical) or related technical discipline
✓ Train the Trainer (TTT) certification from a recognized safety body
✓ NEBOSH, ASP, CSP, CIH, or equivalent industry-recognized safety certifications
Knowledge:
✓ Knowledgeable in delivering training on a wide variety of EHS training programs.
✓ Knowledgeable in developing & implementing training strategies for the organization.
✓ Knowledgeable in conducting training needs & gap analysis.
✓ Knowledgeable in EHS training procedure implementation and building from scratch.
✓ Knowledgeable in LMS Platforms
Strong knowledge of environmental, health, safety, and security regulations relevant to the accounting industry.
Skills
✓ Strong Skills in developing training packages in structured manner
✓ Excellent facilitation, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational
✓ Strong software skills in Word, Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
✓ Can cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines.
✓ A personal commitment to continuous self-development
Abilities:
✓ Must possess multilingual training capabilities and be able to communicate effectively with a
diverse workforce, with proficiency in Bangla being a key requirement.
✓ Ability to build trust and confidence with frontline workers, supervisors and management
✓ Flexibility to work outside normal working hours to meet commitments
✓ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
