Job Announcement | Project Manager

Asban Al-Nakheel Company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Manager to work on the establishment of the company’s factory in Al-Qassim region.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing and executing industrial projects, particularly in the construction of factories and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee various project phases, ensuring the progress of work according to established timelines, budgets, and required technical specifications.

Skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan, and monitor the execution of industrial projects.
• Oversee all project phases, from planning to final delivery.
• Prepare project timelines and monitor progress to ensure adherence to established schedules.
• Supervise construction activities and the assembly of structures and manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor costs and budgets, managing resources and materials effectively.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and adherence to technical specifications and project requirements.
• Address technical and operational challenges, providing appropriate solutions to ensure continuous workflow.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress and submit them to management.
• Review engineering plans and monitor the execution of works according to approved plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience of no less than 8 years in managing engineering and construction projects, with direct experience in industrial projects.
• Practical experience in the construction of manufacturing facilities and industrial structures.
• Proficient in using project management software and preparing project schedules, such as: Primavera P6: for scheduling and monitoring timelines and analyzing critical paths and achievement rates.
• Microsoft Project: for planning tasks and monitoring project progress and managing deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for preparing progress reports, analyzing data, and monitoring costs and achievement rates.
• Ability to read and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for reviewing clashes between engineering disciplines is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and make decisions and solve problems.
