Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and marinate meat and chicken according to approved recipes.
• Prepare kebabs, shish tawook and other grilled dishes.
• Operate the grill and control cooking temperatures to ensure proper doneness and consistent quality.
• Follow approved portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently, especially during busy periods.
• Keep the workstation and equipment clean and follow food safety requirements.
• Store ingredients correctly and minimize waste.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of practical experience in a restaurant grill section.
• Good knowledge of meat and chicken preparation, marination and grilling techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and cooperate with the kitchen team.
• Commitment to hygiene, quality and the kitchen supervisor’s instructions.
