Role

The HVAC Technician installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across client facilities, keeping indoor conditions comfortable, energy-efficient, and compliant as part of Musanadah’s integrated FM services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, and VRF/VRV systems.

  
  

• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults, including compressor, motor, control, and refrigerant leak issues, to keep downtime low.

  
  

• Recover and charge refrigerant, clean coils and filters, and check pressures, temperatures, and airflow to keep systems running efficiently.

  
  

• Maintain related components such as pumps, cooling towers, exhaust fans, dampers, and BMS-linked controls and sensors.

  
  

• Respond to work orders within SLAs and log activities, readings, and defects in the CAFM system, following permit-to-work and HSE procedures throughout.

  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or technical certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Technology.

  
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in facilities management, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.

  
  

• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation as an HVAC technician is required.

  
  

• Strong troubleshooting skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently and on shift or call-out rotas.
