About the job Marketing Admin (Pharma)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading multinational biopharmaceutical company for a Marketing Administrator to support their Team across the Middle East. This is a contract role based in Riyadh. This role requires to be filled by a KSA National.

About the role

You will provide operational, administrative and coordination support to the commercial and marketing teams, helping ensure marketing activities run smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, meetings, events and promotional activities
• Prepare, review and process marketing materials and documentation in line with internal procedures
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver projects on time
• Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoices and budget tracking for marketing programs
• Maintain marketing trackers, project timelines and activity reports
• Handle logistics and administration for conferences, advisory boards, training sessions and other commercial events
• Collect, organise and consolidate data for marketing analysis and reporting
• Maintain filing and archiving of marketing documentation, and support audit readiness and compliance
• Provide general administrative support to the Virology Commercial Team

What we are looking for

• Saudi national (Saudization requirement), based in Riyadh
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in an administrative, marketing support or coordinator role, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Familiarity with GCAT, SAP ERP, Veeva Vault PromoMats and Ariba is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and Arabic
