About the Role
Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI) is seeking a Pre Seller to join their team in Abha, 'Asir. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience. The Pre-Seller is responsible for direct product sales to outlets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring continuous product availability in the market.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets and maintain a strong market presence for company products. This involves active selling, effective merchandising, and diligent management of stock and customer accounts to support business growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Increase product distribution and market coverage within the designated area.
- Ensure consistent product availability at all customer outlets.
- Fill and rotate all shelf displays and equipment according to Pepsi-Cola standards.
- Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and execute regular stock rotation.
- Control product returns and monitor expiry dates to minimize losses.
- Efficiently collect payments and strictly adhere to the company's credit policy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and overall market activities.
- Acquire new outlets to drive account growth and expand the customer base.
Experience and Work Type
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or a similar field. This is a full-time position, requiring dedication to achieving sales objectives and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Location
This role is based in Abha, 'Asir, where the Pre Seller will be responsible for managing sales and distribution within the local market.
