About the Role
Nokia is seeking an ON Technical Sales Engineer to join its team. This full-time role is central to delivering technology solutions by understanding client needs, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring successful project implementations. The position involves building strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, offering customized technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and impact of solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide pre-sales support, including needs analysis, solution design, and proposal development, to secure new business.
- Offer post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and providing ongoing technical assistance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of experience is required.
- Prior experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- A solid understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
