Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital facilities, equipment, and building systems
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues within the approved scope of work
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair requirements to minimize operational disruptions
• Conduct routine inspections of hospital facilities and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, equipment inspections, and completed repairs

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance, or a related technical discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building services, or a related technical role
• Hospital or healthcare facility maintenance experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems
• Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and maintenance management systems is an advantage
