Overview

We are looking for an ambitious professional to join our HR team, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. You will work in a dynamic work environment focused on enhancing human capital efficiency and developing a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing recruitment and selection processes, from posting job advertisements to conducting initial interviews.
• Implementing company policies and procedures to ensure a work environment compliant with the Saudi Labor Law.
• Managing employee files and ensuring the accuracy and updating of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data.
• Following up on medical insurance procedures and personnel affairs, including contracts, leaves, and payroll.
• Providing administrative support for training and professional development initiatives.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for employees to answer their inquiries and provide necessary support.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any relevant major.
• Proven work experience of 3 to 6 years in a similar role.
• Full familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
