Job description

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established quality standards, while maintaining product quality and cleanliness in the workspace, and providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare coffee and hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards.

- Operate and use coffee preparation equipment and tools correctly.

- Ensure the quality and freshness of the ingredients used in beverage preparation.

- Prepare and serve orders to customers quickly and efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage preparation area and equipment.

- Monitor inventory of beverage supplies and notify the manager when reordering is necessary.

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards and personal cleanliness.

- Interact with customers respectfully and professionally, responding to their requests and inquiries.

- Follow company policies and procedures and the instructions of the branch manager.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure quick and quality service.

Skills

Experience in preparing coffee and hot and cold beverages.

Good knowledge of operating and using coffee equipment.

Skill in preparing beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially during peak times.

Good customer service skills and providing exceptional service.

Maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness of the workspace.
