Tasks and Job Description

Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets:
- Work to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Present products to customers in a professional manner that aligns with their requirements
Interaction with customers:
- Welcome customers in the showroom and provide information about products in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer needs and provide necessary consultations based on their requirements
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction with the service and products
Display management:
- Arrange and organize the showroom to ensure products are displayed in an attractive way
- Ensure sufficient stock of products is available and coordinate with the warehouse department to meet any additional requests
Training and technical knowledge:
- Maintain a good level of knowledge about various products, including types, specifications, and appropriate uses for each product
- Attend training courses and internal events to increase technical and marketing knowledge
Team collaboration:
- Work as part of the sales team to achieve the organization's goals
- Coordinate with other departments (such as management and warehouses) to ensure smooth workflow

Conditions and Skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Previous experience in the field of sales
