Job description

Setec is looking for an experienced Landscape / Architecture BIM Coordinator to join the team supporting on a major sports complex.

You will coordinate BIM activities related to architecture and landscape disciplines, ensuring the consistency and coordination of design models within a complex, multidisciplinary project environment.

Your role

Working closely with the project’s design, BIM and engineering teams, you will:

• Coordinate architectural and landscape BIM models throughout the design development process.

  
  

• Ensure effective multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Landscape, Civil, Structural and MEP disciplines.

  
  

• Review models and identify design inconsistencies, interfaces and potential clashes.

  
  

• Manage and follow up BIM coordination issues with the relevant design teams.

  
  

• Organise and contribute to BIM coordination and design review meetings.

  
  

• Ensure models comply with the project’s BIM requirements, modelling standards and agreed workflows.

  
  

• Support the integration of landscape elements with buildings, external works, public realm and infrastructure.

  
  

• Monitor model quality, level of information and coordination status.

  
  

• Contribute to the preparation and review of coordinated BIM deliverables.

  
  

• Work closely with BIM Managers, discipline leads, designers and construction teams to facilitate a smooth transition from design to construction.

  
  

Your profile

• Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM or a related discipline.

  
  

• Significant experience in BIM coordination, preferably on large-scale international building, infrastructure or mixed-use developments.

  
  

• Strong understanding of architectural and landscape interfaces and multidisciplinary design coordination.

  
  

• Very good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

  
  

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar Common Data Environment would be an advantage.

  
  

• Ability to review complex BIM models and coordinate multiple design stakeholders.

  
  

• Experience on Design & Build projects would be highly appreciated.

  
  

• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East would be an advantage.

  
  

• Professional proficiency in English.

  
  

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
