Job Summary
Model and coordinate low-current and smart systems for Qiddiyas entertainment sports and public venues. Deliver LOD 300500 models and shop drawings for ICT security and life-safety systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Model fire alarm public address/voice evacuation CCTV access control structured cabling Wi-Fi BMS nurse call/intercom IPTV/MATV and parking guidance systems.
- Model ELV containment telecom rooms MDF/IDF rooms data center rooms and outside-plant ducts.
- Produce low-current shop drawings riser diagrams references device layouts and room layouts.
- Coordinate device locations with architectural RCPs and containment with power and mechanical services.
- Run clash detection and track issues to closure.
- Extract device and cabling quantities.
- Update models to LOD 500 as-built and prepare asset data for COBie and smart city/FM integration.
- Follow the project BEP QIC BIM and ISO 19650 workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical Electronics or Telecom Engineering.
- 5 years of ELV/low-current BIM modelling with 3 years in the GCC.
- Experience on stadiums theme parks hospitality airports or large public venues.
- SCE registration or eligibility to register.
- Preferred: knowledge of Civil Defense (HCIS/SCD) requirements and smart-city systems.
Software
Revit MEP (expert) Navisworks Manage AutoCAD ACC/BIM 360 Aconex. Knowledge of NFPA 72 BICSI/TIA-568 and Saudi Civil Defense standards.
